According to the Ley Organica 15/1999 of December 13^th - the Law of Personal Data Protection (LOPD)- all information given by the user will be incorporated into an automatic file that will be processed exclusively for the target aimed. This information will be collected through application forms. These forms will only include fields that are indispensable in order to be able to offer the service required by the user.

Data of a personal nature will be treated under the appropriate protection degree, according to the Real Decreto 994/1999 of July 11^th, taking the necessary security measures in order to avoid alterations, loss, treatment or unauthorized access by any third party that could use it for purposes different than the ones requested by the user.

If transferring personal information to other entities which are not related to EBD Soft SL is considered convenient, the user will be informed explicitly of the purpose of the file, the information given, the name and address of the grantee so that he/she give their unequivocal consent in this matter.

Finally, the user will be able to exercise his/her right to oppose, access, rectify and cancel what is established on the LOPD, or simply any question or personal comment in regards to this matter, by means of an email notification to the following address:
