Now, eBD allows execution of FORCELOGIN over admin users. It also fixes several bugs that were detected on previous releases.

Allows to use FORCELOGIN on user administrators if that user was previously login within the same request.
This exception has been added to support the use of anonymous forcelogin about to send an e mail back immediately after the original user with another forcelogin.
